Anyway to increase odds for cards?

I've been trying to fill out the card collection due to the completionist in me.
Ive been opening thousands of common packs and so far have only gotten one full art foil for the main book, but already 2 12K full art foil ghost legendaries and an 8K as well.
Is there any packs later on with better chances of full art foils or something as you level up that increases their odds? Feels wrong having so many ultra expensive cards but virtually no expensive ones.

higher tier card has increased chance for ghost im pretty sure. but its pretty neglible so.... i would just follow wichever pack your missing the most from and get ghosts along the way,

I think ghost rares have a 0.1% chance out of normal packs and 0.2% out of destiny packs other than that they all have fixed rates of rng

just be aware according to sims and base stats. you most likely opening 400k packs before completing the binder....

Yeah I'm already using the pack speed up mod. Prolly gonna just wait till they release card trading/purchasing

Just opened another 1k packs and got 3 foil full arts with no ghosts so I guess I just had some wild rng
