customer reviews ?
Do positive customer reviews have an impact on the game? For example, do good reviews attract more customers? And conversely, do bad reviews lead to fewer customers?

AFAIK, no. It is simply a statistics at the end of the day.

If anything, bad reviews at least let you know any potential problems with your shop.

I will not care that much if the customer reviews do not impact on the game.

Bad reviews don't snowball into further negative effects, such as fewer customers. They just give you info on how you could have sold more items, made more money, earned more XP.

I like the 1 star review for not being able to get in the shop after it has closed for the day :D

easy to see which item got bad review so far. easy which item should need price revise, as all this time i have to tend the checkout counter and looking for customers comment to get hint.
