Is it just me or are automatic air fresheners completley usleless

No matter where i put them it never sprays them, one time it sprayed a guy on the way out and that was the only time i saw it work, i tried putting it in front of the door so people have to walk past it, and yes i'm adding air freshener to it

never had problems with it, just realize u need 2 of them to full clear 1 stinky customer, then it goes on a X time COOLDOWN before it can shoot again.

I have two air fresheners facing the door. It sucks a little for looks but gets just about every stinker. I think it only misses when a bunch come too close together.

put 2 of them by the door and you should be fine most of the time.
sometimes it fails when there are 2 smelly customers back to back but it's pretty rare

The level 40 version can do it with a single spray... but it's a big beefy ugly boy.

after you unlock expansion B. just put the air freshers next to the door in there, they will spray across the wall and it wont ugly your shop :)

1 freshener wont work. Need 2 of the base freshener beside eachother. Some times you can get triples of stinky people and it will miss one of them (hits the x2 somehow)

I came here to ask whether the game simulates the smell and this was the first post I saw

If you pick it up and wave it like a magic wand you can also get rid of the stink. It's uh. A bit jank that you can't just buy a febreeze bottle though.

You need 2 to fully de-stinks or 1 with the bigger model.

That's why I have three by the door in an L shape, all of the funky would be infiltrators are clean by the time they make it into my store
