edit: Forgot to mention sometimes is even costs money to update. So it's not a great idea for Early Access ideas.
That's because it's not the same game or developer. It's someone that copied him and stole/copied his art. You can tell by the badly cropped images, and the fact that they took the tetramon branding off.
I was looking to see if the game was available to play on my PS5 when I discovered multiple games listed on the Playstation Store with AI art and obviously similar names. The PS store has no report button so I'm not sure how to tell Sony about this. Here are a few of the games:
