Canadian Currency has an issue
First off, I want to say how cool it is that you added the option for Canadian currency, it's so rare to see a game that even acknowledges my home exists, never mind lets me pretend it's set there!

And I even appreciate the fact that there's no pennies with the Canadian Currency option- but the actual gameplay doesn't quite work. It's not a HUGE deal, but for cash transactions, when making change, 1 or 2 cents should be rounded down to 0, and 3 or 4 cents should be rounded up to five. As it is, the player (shop owner) simply eats the difference, which adds up more than you'd think

When I saw the CAD notice I was pretty excited, and I really like the penny exclusion. The rounding difference would still probably need to be tracked for cost values, but having the POS do the rounding for you is basically how tills work here IRL. I also wouldn't mind seeing the 50c coin removed, and the $100 added to the bills section at the top.

pretty sure 99% of people round the cost to avoid dealing with coins "it takes to long aspecially for npcs" to deal with unfortunately

I, too, am happy to see CAD money.

However, I agree the 50 cent coins should be removed.

it exists but it's not really in circulation and usually can only get em in rolls or coin sets from banks

The 50c coin is a thing. However, it's a collectors' item. Not a single store has them in their cash registers. So yes, it should go. If the penny's gone (which is accurate), the 50c must go too, 100%.

Sure, if the 50c goes, that makes room for the good old brown $100. I don't have much to say against that, it could be added, no problem. It would have a cosmetic value only, we'd never really use them.

When I saw the Canadian currency I was excited, what I think should be done is take out the 50c, then move the dollars over to where the 50cent was and the move the toonies to where the dollars was and then move the bills over one so they can add the 100 dollar bill.

It's understandable that the dev didn't know about how our currency works. I hope this gets added.
Also please replace 50 cents with the $100 bill, thanks!
