grid snap and undo for furniture placement

Might be nice to add a toggle for grid snap for furniture placement for us who want to make sure that tables are aligned correctly =)))
also frustrating when i pick up furniture by mistake and i can't put it back where it used to be anymore because something is in the way. I hope you can make it so that while i'm holding the furniture, i can hit Esc and it snaps back to its former position.
I just think these might be good quality of life features.

Agree with this the amount of times I hit q instead of w I am always just wandering around with random furniture.

grid snapping was one of the first things i was missing when placing furniture. it just makes sense, when trying to place shelves EXCACTLY into corners

to be honest I just love the fact that there is snapping to begin with. After playing a lot of similar games, none of them have any snapping which makes aligning shelves hell

yeah true. i mean, its not that bad that i despise the game for that matter, it just would be MUCH easier to reorganize your whole shop, when its on the same grid to begin with. QOL as they say

How do you get them to snap? Mine have never snapped.

Also would be nice for storage shelves to be able to be be pushed against the wall and pick from one side not have to leave a dead zone on both sides

I really appreciate the snapping feature, I really do, but PLEASE let me turn this off, when I dont want that. Soooo often, I want to place a furniture straight in the corner but >snap< its red, I cant. It makes me really crazy.
When a furniture is snapping to a wall or to a corner, why its always red?!? Please make an overhaul of this really useful feature,

And for pressing Esc while tooking a furniture and it flips to former position.
And for leaning a shelf directly to a wall to have just ONE side (I even never use the other side, so why not?).
