Suggestion: Have the price you set on items follow market trend
If I could have any 1 suggestion or kind of idea, it would be to add a switch that you can toggle that allows you to do something like this:
> Set price to Market + 10%
> Set price to Market + 20%
etc

And the game would track that in the background so you don't have to keep running around the store every morning constantly flipping prices around. You just put product on shelf, set the price to stay with the Market trend + (however much % you want) and you wouldn't have to constantly keep flipping prices around. The most painful part about this is that the "morning rush" will only stay outside for about 1-2 minutes. If you have a bunch of product to cycle through, that would take forever. Where first thing in the morning, the customers at my store looks like a herd of The Walking Dead zombies at my front door, by the time I get done adjusting prices to the market trend for my 20 something different items for sale and flip the sign to open for the day, they've all wandered off and instead of the 10-11 people out there, I'm lucky to have 5. Which is a massive loss in potential sales for tedious stuff you have to do each morning to maximize your day's sales.

I think a way to implement this is to have it be a furniture you get, like an office desk + laptop or something for about $2,000 so you can look at all of your inventory currently on the shelves on one screen and just adjust the price from one location, and then you can set the items to constantly follow market trends (plus whatever % you want) or a custom price. That would be perfectly fair. Having 20+ different merchandise to keep flipping around individually in different areas to make sure you're not undercutting yourself or pricing yourself out just to watch all your customers get tired of waiting and just leave is honestly a giant headache after a few hours.
