Hold it no need to click.

There is a checkbox in the settings to open the packs faster. You only need to click when you have a fresh pack or when you hit a 10$+ card.

I'd like to see the ability to just have employees open packs for you. Real stores do it all the time.

There is the checkbox in the settings to "Auto Next Card" and just above that there is a slider for speed, it opens the pack in about 2 maybe 2.5 seconds instead of the 10 seconds. So make sure you turn that slider up and click the auto next card and you are all good

Alternately, nexus mods has some useful tools. Faster pack openings, carrying up to 500 packs in your hands, auto prices, buying cards you name it.
