Have the resale prices / rarity been changed?

I might just be having the worst luck, but I have yet to receive a card valued over 600$ in at least the past 30 days in game. I've pulled cards up to 3k at the start, but now it's feeling like a honey mood period is ending because nine times out of ten my most expensive pull for the night is 50$. It's rare to even pull a card around 100$ now. Were the pull rates changed or the values of cards adjusted in a patch?
It just feels weird to go form pulling at least a 1k card a week from lower end packs to pulling garbage with high end card.
