Whats the point of bulk buying?
I realised this pretty quick and maybe i'm missing something but whats the point of paying to unlock bigger boxes of products? I'd understand if it made the unit price lower, that's normally the point of bulk buying, but you're spending XXX amount of money to unlock the 64 pack boxes for nothing it seems. i'll just buy 2 boxes of 32 right?

It depends. Personally I've just skipped over the box of 32 and just unlock the 64. But I agree with you that it is redundant and effectively just a money waster to unlock both. Unless like you, there is something I'm not seeing here.

Bigger boxes have some slight advantages you can consider if you have unlimited money like me further in the game. For example the shipping costs or speed of restockers (bigger boxes means lesser ways they have to go) etc

less running back and forth throwing away empty boxes. less travel in general.

I think the prices of the boxes are meant to fluctuate, so you could actually get a deal on a box that you might not get buying the equivalent amount of loose packs. I don't know if this is how it works or how it's going to work, but you can find dips and surges in pricing on the TCG app thing on your phone. So I think theoretically, you're supposed to be able to take advantage of price dips and stock up while it's cheaper.

Delivery fees is my main reason to buy those 64packs instead of 32. When buying one or two 64packs, you will only need to pay 5 bucks for delivery. so you can get a total of 128 cards while spending only 5 bucks, And if you need 128 cards in one order, you will pay 8 bucks when buying them with packs per box. Its not that much at first, but the more you play and need to buy more items at once, you will appreciate having those licenses

Shipping:
I need to check out shipping charges. I believe it is $5 for first 2 items and MAY be $1 for next 2 ($7 for 4 items is savings). Every item does start costing $2. So there is saving in there whatever is true: Buying 4 items or buying everything you need. A dollar here and there is not really worth the stress.

Well, at $2 per shipping (depending) you start saving by asking for the double bundles packages (64 card bundle or the 2 box bundle).

The problem is the cost of licensing is insane. If it cost $500 then you would need to order 250 of that item to finally break even (I think that match is right). You probably worked off the previous licensing cost on the smaller bundle by then??.

Then there is marketing.

There is just a bit too much math for me to want to do it. Rather someone do it all that doesn't need to shake the rust off. Also, things will just change eventually.

I think we're making too much money to worry about shipping costs. So screw buying another license for the same item (IMO, duh). Also, depending on marketing you can buy the boxes then pull the cards from them to put on the shelves.

Just look at the price per unit for card packs or boxes. They're even on card packs with 8 per card box. So a 32 card pack is the same as the box bundle which has 4 boxes with 8 card packs each (32). Do the math and maybe save $0.30 per pack. $0.30 per pack is $9.60

It will reduce delivery fees fairly significantly if you regularly make huge orders. And it doubles the amount of items an employee can carry at once, reducing the number of times they have to run back and forth to grab new boxes and throw the old ones away.

Those things will only make an appreciable difference if you're basically letting your store sell out and then making huge orders to restock the entire store all the time though. If you stay on top of your inventory and are only making small orders to make sure your inventory is topped off each day then it's not going to make enough of a difference to matter. It depends largely on how you prefer to run your operation as to if it will be enough of a difference to matter to you.
