Is it normal that daily delivery costs (500€) are incurred without ordering anything?

No? Delivery cost only happens when you manually fill your cart and click purchase, it's not an automatic thing. Are you sure that money isn't coming from an event fee? There is an event option that costs $500 each day, maybe you have that set on?

then the tournament costs fall under delivery costs?

Yes, the only reason a daily cost should occur without buying anything would be the tournament cost that occurs at the start of a new day :D

What daily delivery? You can only order delivery manually, there is no regular delivery as of yet.
