Customers getting stuck in till queue

Any one else having issues where people are getting stuck at the check out

1. either it looks like they are in the queue but they are stood slightly to the side and other people cut in front of them then they come to their senses but walk all the way round the check out counter and then get back into the queue
   
   or
   
   
2. the other is they are stood in the middle of the store but the game is saying they are in the queue (only know this because I tried to move the counter and it said I couldn't because customer was waiting but the only person in the store is stood in the middle of the store)

*edit* the person who is stood in the middle of the store now has another customer glitched into him and I think they also think they are in the queue

No, I've the same problem and have to move furnitures, before customers are stacked, in order to "unlock" them (reloading the save wouldn't solve the problem). I never encountered this problem before the last patch. Maybe a side effect of this feature: "Customer will not queue up at empty Checkout Counter unless there is no choice"
