Warehouse Restocking Issue

I've just recently unlocked shop B as a warehouse. I have shelves in there for bulk stock but the warehouse/stock employees won't refill the retail shelves after all boxes are stored on the warehouse shelves.
Everyday I literally have to remove all the warehouse boxes from the shelves and put them on the floor for the workers to stock the retail shelves. They will put them back in the warehouse but then go stand outside and won't stock again until I repeat the above process
Not too sure if this is a known bug, but is anyone else experiencing this?

Could be a bug… once you end the day the next day should fix it … otherwise click the employees and tell them to do stock … they’ll ask if you want empty shelves filled (this means blank ones not ones out of stock) say no and then they should work from the w/h shelves

Thanks for the tip. I tried everything but it didn't work.
I think I've managed to fix it simply by expanding the warehouse size. Strange...

There was a problem with .38 where a fix was put in to make sure stockers put the boxes back on the shelf, but it caused them to never pick them back up. The dev put out a patch to resolve it, but you might have to quit Steam to get it to show up because it's a small fix, not a listed version increase. It did correct the issue for me and many others.
