I've been looking at the screenshots, but I have no clue where you've seen the posters that you mentioned. The only thing I could think of would be playmats on shelves as they are stored in a similar way as posters would be. Would you mind adding a screenshot of what you meant?

I assume like the steam profile picture for the game? Shop decorations are on the roadmap. Be patient.

Shop decorations are listed on the game road map. Not yet available but if you haven't yet, definitely check the road map. Some really cool stuff for the future.
