"!" when opening cards ?
Why is there an exclamation point on the top of some cards when we open them ? I thought it means they are new ones, but that's not it....

exclamation point appears when a card it 10+$, somthing like that.

The Bang is for cards valued over a certain amount.

At the end of the pull, when the cards are fanned out, anything new will be marked "New".

A card can both trigger a Bang and be marked new, but you may not initially see it marked as new until you see the entire hand.
