What is the point
Of showing of your personal cards in the store? Shouldnt all cards be sold?

They draw customers in.

I believe that is also the points of the $4k+ cards as well. They sit in your store and draw people in which end up buying other stuff. They will eventually sell but it can take a while.

Ok, my store kinda seems fillled with people anyways. Is there a point to collecting cards without showing them off?

That I don't know. I think most people are referring to the achievement for collecting all the cards in the game. I guess someone else can shed some light on this.

This is not true. Data miners have checked the formulas and having display cases does not affect customer flow at all.

I see. Still worth having and setting up for future additions to the game that take into consideration displays and decorations.

No functional purpose to displaying cards that I've found.

The game gets fairly repetitive once you've sunk a good chunk of time into your store. I've been displaying any foil border-less cards I get as sort of a personal game goal. I'm making the money I need every day already so it's a fun and more immersive little thing I can do. If that isn't your vibe, then sell sell sell

So just to be clear; currently there is no reason to keep the cards worth 4K + right? Just put them up for sale?

The forums are confusing with people posting apps and stuff about "finishing your collection" and that's confused me. I guess it's just for the steam achievement?

Not trying to be mean, but it might help discussions to answer mechanic questions with "I know for a fact this is a mechanic in this game" rather than "I heard from someone that" or "it would make sense if".

If you don't care about Steam achievements, then there's no real reason to hold to a card for the moment.

The card table is a scam without mods. People come in, waste my time and customer queue to buy a card for $3, and leave. Getting rid of it, people spend at least $20 on random items. Only cards worth selling are the very rare ones, and at this point I just display them

you must have a small shop, i have 7 card tables, i sell 30 cards a day, for at least $50 each. making 3-6k a day from the 7 tables.. don't need to make a killing, just need to make enough to cover wages, rent and supply. i'm lvl 64.
