Amount of played games/playlength/visitors is daily randomized. I think the main factor for more customers = the amount of unlocked marketspace + marketlvl.
0-4 Upgrades = 4-5 Tables(mostly max. 4 used)
5-10 Upgrades = 6-7 Tables(mostly max. 6 used)
11-12 Upgrades = 6-8 Tables(mostly max. 6 used)
