2: this will differ for people on opinion obviously. but 1st never sell cards unless they are duplicates, early game cards are a great source of income, but once you play abit they will just lower your daily income and not be worth the hassle "since no matter the cost of a card its only 10xp" hopefully will change in the future "... customers will also go look at empty tables even if they arent refilled wich is a pure profit loss
3: 20-30% on cards is perfectly fine aslong as your willing to wait abit "but as i mentioned in 2" if a customers goes and look at that card and think its to expensive there is a chance they leave without buying other stuff" wich is just a loss of profit and exp
4: end of the day run the shop the way you want, everything will work fine.
there is literally no way to "Fail" the game currently unless your "early" game and forget about rent 2 weeks and suddenly go into huge debt you cant escape from.
i stagger my single prices. I have 7 sets of 3 tables joined together, 1set at 30%, 2 sets at 20%, 3 sets at 10% and 1 set at market. plus a single table just for duplicate ghosts that i sell for 40%
i make approx 5-10k a day from single card sales. on average i sell 50 cards a day.
day 460, shop lvl 84
And you're using what mod to cheat in order to keep these singles stocked or are you selling garbage that's worth like $7?
Even at fastest rate, you can only open ~192 packs a day over the 13 hours. Even with good luck, you won't get enough cards to make it worth even putting a card table down at all for an entire day. Just having a singles table cuts your item sales by about 30-40%.
If I open packs for a week straight, I can spam cards down on tables for one day and already be down to selling stuff worth single digit values before close. Where are you getting all these singles from that are worth a damn?
To the OP: Just run holo event and don't worry about singles. I have consistent ~10k profit every day(not revenue, profit) running 9 play tables (just for synergy) and selling every product available at less than 10% markup. The thing about holos is 20% of all cards on average will be holos. 50% of all the cards available are holos(every card has a holo version). It doesn't drop your non-holo cards that much and you get better, consistent, regular revenue from your tables at the $45/hour per person rate. If you box up your singles table, you'll see your item sales go up about 50%. If you really want to sell singles, then open packs for a week, then spend 1 day unloading your highest value ones on the table. Then box it back up when you run out of good stuff and repeat the cycle. There's no way you'll keep them worthwhile without cheating via mods.
no mods, i restock the singles after the shop is closed. i open 256 cards packs a day.
the minimum value of cards are around $30.
Which pack?
I just opened 256 Legendary Destiny packs and only counting my duplicates, my 6 most valuable card pulls are worth £4k - The next 20 or so cards are all above £30 then it gets into 20's. Around 6k-ish.
If I don't count my duplicates, I earned several new cards in the £500-700 range. So easily 10k+. Full Art / Gold Shiny / Ex Shiny are all worth a ton in these packs. It's very, very easy to get high value cards.
It's perfectly reasonable to earn around 5-10k per day from 50 individual legendary destiny sales. I average personally around 50 sales a day with 2 tables, but usually closer to 1-4k per day as i'm opening Tetramon packs normally.
I have 12 tables and keep them fairly filled but I don't know whether to discount them for events, or charge the market rate. I also worry that running a low tier event will hurt my business.
