Purple Boxes

How do I get the workbench to make just purple boxes? I've made several Destiny bulk boxes, but only 1 has ever been purple, and it's market value was higher. Is it setting the minimum value higher? I just don't fully understand the workbench.

adjust the sliders. different colours means different value cards was used. i believe purple is 2nd last so probably 2-3 dollar cards? or 2-4?

If i remember correctly the pricing needs to be set like this to get the different tiers.
0.01 - 1.00 White
1.01 - 2.00 Yellow
2.01 - 3.00 Pink
3.01 - 5.00 Red
