How can I increase my profits from game tables?
I understand that the most OPTIMAL way to earn money is to have no tables, but I want to run a shop with some players on the tables. With that said, I am gaining maybe $200 - $600 a day on 8 tables on day 114 lvl 42. While watching a stream, someone said they make upward of $1k - 2k a day with tables. I changed my event to Pauper Format, and most people are saying it's too expensive to play.

I tried increasing to one of the Element Cups and had the same issue.

Did you change the entry from the default?
I get 4-6k a day with 9 tables (for symmetry with the store layout) It's the holo event that brings in the money. The default price for customers is $45/hour of playtime each. You have to get people playing enough to run holo.
it's the higher level events that can bring in cash, full expansion or holo heaven are the money maker events. personally i run full expansion on my tables, since that increases the prices of full art carts (ghost cards count as full art but not all ghost are holo).
you need to unlock the better game formats, which you do by getting more people to play at your store

the pauper format only earns an extra $1.50/hour compared to standard but costs $50/day. if you aren't getting more than 34 hours of play per day you should just stick with standard.

if people are complaining that your prices are too high you may be lacking understanding in what "market price" means. if the market price is $8/hour and you're charging $20/hour your store better be giving out handjobs
I use the tables as a Loss Leader to get people IN the store. Then they're more likely to BUY stuff when they lose their shirts on the tables.
I remember reading somewhere that upgrading the store size also brings in customers who have more money to spend. Although yeah, I have no proof of this, so if you do get to test it out, that would be great.
You want the most expensive event you have unlocked, but keep the entry fee at market price.
my tables are earning me quite a bit.. if you play your cards right, you can make bank from anything. My singles are making me the most money atm. In end game, when you start opening thousands of packs per day just sell the really expensive cards. Even if one cusstomer buys 1 card worth atleast 200, you're already making more than if they went in to buy other products

I've never seen customers complain about it being too expensive to play. You should run the highest event you have access to and keep the default pricing for table use. Move on to the next event when it unlocks and before you know it you'll be seeing several K income from your tables per day.

They say it's too expensive if it's above default.

They do a check like when they buy something. If they decide the event is too much, they walk away and do something else.

The thing about play tables is, even if one person accepts the price you need two people to accept the price in a row. Otherwise the first person gets bored and leaves. Never worth going above default, you'll always lose more players than the money you gain.

I would be a regular customer to that store.
Run alway the highest tournament for pure money profit.
At lvl42 you should run min. 8-9 tables(10 tables are very rarely fully used)
Don't change the entry-fees for the tournament, because you won't benefit either way(if you raise the entry fee, customers will get angry and won't play)

That is exactly how that works. Ur lvl also affects how much NPC have to spend.

Shop upgrades also increase the amount of customers that can be in ur store at one time. 28 is max with a fully upgraded shop

Only Shop A expansion increase the number of customers(and of course your mentioned lvl)
Remember you can have 28 customers at most at any one time. Each “table” customer only counts as a half a customer. So 10 tables means you have 18 shoppers and 20 players (20 players equals 10 customers). Honestly I would not go above 8-10 tables. Tables earn far less money then items and you want to cycle customers at a decent rate to pay the increasing bills and resupply. I personally use 10 tables as it gives the game store vibrs
