No customer sound?

Hey everyone,
am i the only one that is creeped out by all the mute customers?
At least have them have like "Sims like" conversations. There is no ambient sound what so ever either?!
The rest of the game is fine, just not having any sound besides music and UI is just weired .
Also, it would be great having a "what the customer sad last" window when they leave the store without buying or gaming. In case we missed the chat bubble, you know
