would also like to see that (sounds both absolutely terrible and very funny to take all the good cards out of a pack except one and replacing them with standard common cards) but i can very much see it being a balance issue unless the values for the bulk packs you make get a significant buff (that or these DIY booster packs would be worth so little you might as well not bother)
granted OP never clarified so i dont blame em, just unfortunate to see that nobody else realizes OP could be talking about making your own booster packs instead of the already existing feature of making your own bulk card boxes
