Now someone can correct me if i'm wrong, but to my understanding if your listed as a business seller with a TCG company you get cards by the case at a flat discounted rate. So the price your paying is already at a heavy discount. It's standardised so that just because you don't have as much money in a smaller shop you aren't put out of business by you buying power alone. You just have to meet a certain threshold of buying to get the discount.
This is why when you get your cards in TCG shop simulator you'll get them in a cardboard box with a lot of loose boosters inside or a cardboard box with boxes of boosters inside. These cardboard boxes with product inside is called a case.
