way to expensive
i would 100% buy this game if it were any cheaper but 20$ AUD is too much for a small game i want to play once a week or while at school

For most simulation games, this is pretty cheap compared to most.

it's gone well past my totally arbitrary $1USD/Hour rate requirement that i've always value by. i've got no complaints at all besides how long it takes to open card packs.

i personally recommend it if youre into other sim games like this.

You took the words right out of my mouth.

A friend once introduced me to the 1 hour = 1 EUR/1 USD rule, and ever since I saw spending in a different daylight.
This game is cheaper than a movie experience(entry to cinema + snacks), which lasts only 2 and a half hours at most. Cheaper than an outdoor meal.

This game is almost for free.

I've altered my metric due to inflation and corporate greed. I now do .50c/hr. So a 70$ game needs at least 140 hours of gameplay.
But even with my new metric this game is still worth what I paid for it. I'll be able to come back in a year, start a new save, and get another 50+ hours out of it.

Get a job irl. Quit worrying about the price of this game.

It sounds like your currency is the issue, bro. This is an amazingly inclusive game for the price point. Put it on your wishlist and wait for a Steam sale?

And opening already is 3x as fast as before..

I think it's a game with massive upside potential that could even go UP in price. Plus has an active modding and internal development team.

In terms of replay-abliity this game is a great value. Well worth the 20 dollars.

I see games as an experience. I have over 100 hours in this game and I paid $12.99 for it. If you were to compare that price to, say, a theme park that I would spend less time in for more money, it's a steal! Or you can just wait for the next steam sale, which shouldn't be too much longer :)

yeah i got it as a gift at 12.99 way worth the price tag and its also early access so we are getting constant updates til full release so there will be loads more to do trust me.

I very much so agree on value. I'm at almost 150 hour in and no sign of quitting. I would also say the game works surprisingly well and love the art done in the cards very much so. I'm surprised the game is looking and playing so well so early into early access. Would recommend to others, even so early into development.

The value on this game is insane. If you pick it up you might get hooked like the rest of us.
Toastedninja Oct 21, 2024 @ 9:33pm
It's insanely worth it. I faffed around and debated it, and if you crack packs in real life this will be like virtual catnip for you.
tjam23 Oct 21, 2024 @ 9:34pm
It's worth it. There's no way you'll only play this game once a week. If you do, it will be for multiple hours at a time.
