Do the negative reviews for not having a particular thing in stock matter?
Not sure if this was from the recent update or something that was implemented from the get-go but I am getting a few reviews each day stating that they couldn't find "x" in stock. I started out my play through having almost everything I could get a license to on the shelves, but I recently started pivoting to more of the items that gained better profit overall.

I rather not have to place the more basic items on the shelf if I don't have to, so does it genuinely impact business if I only stock a limited selection of items v.s. having all items all the time?

((Yes I am a corporate degenerate opening packs in the corner while Terrance and Dennis man the whole shop, but I am Terrance and Dennis in my day job so I feel like it cancels out lol))

short answer: no, they do not matter.

long answer: they are subtly pointing out what is wrong with your shop. its up to you if you want to do something about it or not.

ask yourself this question. Are you making a loss each day? if the answer is no, why do you care what people think?
