Keep getting the same 1-start review; "can't find the cards i wanted"

I have every card pack available in my store, and I refill my card table regularly, but i keep getting the same review from customers and often! its a 1-star review that just says; "cant find the cards I wanted".. dont understand why, all the card packs are in the front of my store, and easily accessible, nothing in the way.

Try removing your card tables and see if that 1 star review goes away.

i increased my individual cards price by 30% of the market and it stopped.
Yes some of them complaining now about the price but not at much as the "can't find the cards" complaints.

not making a loss, just annoying. my shop was 4.7, now 3.6 because of so many of these same reviews.

I got the same reviews after I stopped selling individuals and removed the individuals tables too. Once I put them back and started selling individuals again, the one-star reviews stopped.

I have every item in the store that I can for my level except the new comic books. Still get this review. Have learned reviews are useless, they 1 dont actually affect your shop and 2 dont give meaningful information most of the time to fix the shop. Dont even open the app its worthless.

it was indeed the card tables causing the reviews, not the selling of packs.. maybe I wasn't refilling it fast enough

I extremely dislike the entire idea of negative reviews because you won't sell items from your personal collection. I'm well aware that it doesn't affect anything mechanically at this time, that's not the point.

They literally complain if you don't have legendary bulk boxes for sale. I've opened something close to 20,000 packs by now and I only had enough cards to make two of those boxes. There's no way I could keep those stocked.
