Regarding leveling up quicker, there isn't really a way to do it other than buying/opening/selling. I have heard opening the basic ones gets fast experience near beginning, but I think that's more due to limited money till you're at least past level 10+.
Meanwhile you're offering nothing to help the OP.
Only sell one item, that being your best booster or booster box.
Have everything as close to the door as possible so customers can get in and out asap.
Have enough checkout counters so customers aren't waiting.
Also, as DIstractions mentioned, don't use card tables.
Also automate the shop as much as you can, let it run and open packs at the same time.
EXP gain doesn't directly correlate to the price of the item you sell. Each item has their set amount of EXP per unit sold, regardless of markup or markdown.
Given how costumers pick items from shelves, thus far my go-to strategy is to fill a Wide Shelf with boosters packs (not boxes, those are for profit, not EXP), since costumers get a random 0 to [number on compartment, max 13] boosters from each shelf compartment they look at, but only half that amount from any other item. I'm not 100% sure if this is the fastest, but so far seems to be effective at level 55.
e.g. When a costumer looks at a Wide Shelf compartment with Booster Boxes (8 max), they'll roll a number from between 0 to 8 (number of items on the compartment), half it, then get that many boxes; so 0-4. Meanwhile, in same compartment with Booster Packs (64 max), they'd roll between 0 to 13, not halving it; thus getting 0-13 boosters.
While that's going on, I'm opening packs. Any type works, since the EXP from opening packs is not based on price of it, but its card type (Full Art Foil > EX Foil > Gold Foil > Silver Foil > Full Art > 1st Ed Foil > EX > Gold > Base Foil > Silver > 1st Ed > Base). I'd recommend focus on Destiny packs first though, since they have x2 chance at Ghost cards.
There’s ways of exploiting xp and there’s mods to do it for you if you really don’t care.
