Best way to get exp?
Just feel like progression becomes a drag later on. Atm i am at level 45 and my shop is mostly run without me, when it comes to cashier and stinky people at least, i got plenty of tables and the highest tournament to run, still i feel like getting xp is so slow now. Still need 5 levels to the next Card tier, and one level takes up to 4 days.

So i was wondering whats the best way to get exp? Prolly a lot of people will say opening boosters, but i feel like especially at the current form that is so tedious, clicking every card and booster seperatly, i dont think i want to do that for like 1000 booster or so.

If you go in the game settings there is a setting to increase the speed of opening packs. Perhaps that would help you with gaining experience from opening the packs?

Regarding leveling up quicker, there isn't really a way to do it other than buying/opening/selling. I have heard opening the basic ones gets fast experience near beginning, but I think that's more due to limited money till you're at least past level 10+.

Meanwhile you're offering nothing to help the OP.

Fast Pack Opening mod on Nexus. Lets you hold 1024 packs at a time. You can toggle off the new and high value card stop so its a constant stream of automagic pack opening.

Remove all your card tables.
Only sell one item, that being your best booster or booster box.
Have everything as close to the door as possible so customers can get in and out asap.
Have enough checkout counters so customers aren't waiting.

Registers near door and items near door. Your highest priced plushie/game box/card box (whichever you have which gives most exp). Mark item slightly under market price. Sell nothing but that one item. The Exp gain is still a grind however.

Also, as DIstractions mentioned, don't use card tables.

Small thing for me, I started stocking the small boxes (4pc) instead of the big boxes (8pc) because the XP comes from item count.

Also automate the shop as much as you can, let it run and open packs at the same time.

Reiterating on other people: at the current version, first things first, nuke card tables.

EXP gain doesn't directly correlate to the price of the item you sell. Each item has their set amount of EXP per unit sold, regardless of markup or markdown.

Given how costumers pick items from shelves, thus far my go-to strategy is to fill a Wide Shelf with boosters packs (not boxes, those are for profit, not EXP), since costumers get a random 0 to [number on compartment, max 13] boosters from each shelf compartment they look at, but only half that amount from any other item. I'm not 100% sure if this is the fastest, but so far seems to be effective at level 55.

e.g. When a costumer looks at a Wide Shelf compartment with Booster Boxes (8 max), they'll roll a number from between 0 to 8 (number of items on the compartment), half it, then get that many boxes; so 0-4. Meanwhile, in same compartment with Booster Packs (64 max), they'd roll between 0 to 13, not halving it; thus getting 0-13 boosters.

While that's going on, I'm opening packs. Any type works, since the EXP from opening packs is not based on price of it, but its card type (Full Art Foil > EX Foil > Gold Foil > Silver Foil > Full Art > 1st Ed Foil > EX > Gold > Base Foil > Silver > 1st Ed > Base). I'd recommend focus on Destiny packs first though, since they have x2 chance at Ghost cards.

I don't run more than 3 play tables anymore. (Until level 100, that is) I compared the difference. With play tables combined with events, you'll probably make a slightly higher revenue, but at the cost of MANY more potential in and out customers, who all might buy 20+ items. With more than 3 play tables, I average 5k xp per day, and 15k xp per day with 3 or less tables.

Plus the game is still early and I rather have the xp slower then super fast then they have new methods that people whine that the new thing does nothing.

There’s ways of exploiting xp and there’s mods to do it for you if you really don’t care.

I was happy to get level 100 out the way so that now i can just crack packs. But i look forward to starting a new game and going slow with exp once the full release comes out.
