Guide on making custom card packs?
I really want to make some custom card packs but i'm not really sure what to do. I have Texture replacer but the only thing i was able to accomplish was changing a monsters art within the box.

I have not been able to completely swap out the card for a custom one like in the existing Pokemon Packs for example.

Seconding this. I'd love to at least make the character art window larger for normal cards. Changing textures is really easy, but changing the card format is a mystery.

With TextureReplacer, you can replace anything, but the code that manages how a card's layout is done isn't part of it. I've not dug too far into the scripts but it's in there somewhere. Which would need it's own mod system.

Found one way to do it. The mod "More Card Expansions" Has the function of changing all the needed aspects of a card by editing a per card .ini file. Didn't check it out before because of the name. It's not exactly user friendly to use, but it has all i personally needed.

I saw this a while back and thought about putting my own cards over it, but settled on just using the base game's for now. Still a fun idea for a future idea for myself. Might do so sooner than later.

Yeah i recently saw that as well. My problem is i can't seem to figure out how to basically get rid of every aspect of the card and replace the entire thing with a single image of a card

You can change the x and y size of the character texture with the last lines of it's ini file. Just fiddle with those until it covers the whole card since that texture goes on top of the the other ones. Also set all card text and icons in the file to false so it shows only the character texture.

It's pretty quick to find the correct size you want since you can just reload the custom settings in game every time you change them with the hotkey. No need to restart it every time.

For some reason the image doesn't want to even appear at all lol

As an example I'm doing "ArmoredSlime" located in the `FantasyRPGPackImages' at the moment and replaced the image with an Omnimon card i found. I hit F1 and enabled everything in the TCGShopExpansionMod.

The result of all that was just a card with a border and no Omnimon Image
