Small Cabinet Storage and Storage in general

I really would love to see being able to buy small cabinets but a warehouse version. I do not like the current warehouse versions because they take up too much space and expect me to keep a large backstock of one item. This might be helpful later on in the game but there is not a lot of use for it where I am...

Stacking the shelves would be VERY NICE. Small cabinets/Possible small cabinet storage would be WONDERFUL to see stacked on top of each other.

There is a lot of wasted wall space and wasted vertical space. I feel like things are very short or SUPER TALL. And the ones that are super tall again aren't very useful for the start of the game due to space and not needing a huge backlog of inventory.

I also would love to see the description of the building before purchasing like maybe an idea of how large it will be or if it is for private use only ( accidentally bought 5 small personal shelves at the start of the game without knowing it is pretty much only for my own enjoyment as it adds nothing to the actual game play or game progression. ).

Some of these shelves seem like they will hold a LOT of product but when you get them they take up more space than the small cabinet. :/ They can hold only slightly more so its a negative trade off imo.

Maybe tabs at the top of the DIY app to have personal shelves on their own page..

Other than the auto scent T1000 which I don't even know if it will work better than my current set up and I really don't want to spend 4k to "find out" ..... sure more storage but I don't think any of the larger shelves really do much good when there are so many products and the game seems to encourage you to sell everything you have a license for....

For personal shelves it would be nice to fit one of each figure on the same shelf instead of having a personal shelf which is basically the same as the regular shelves but customers can't take things from them :/

I don't want to mod the game until we have a few more updates since there were so many recently and I know that has been hard on people who have mods. I just want to play the game and have fun but im stacking boxes like a jenga tower over here and trying my hardest no to bump anything... Storage solutions would be really nice. I almost thought thats what shop B was goin to turn into.

tldr; would be nice if the big warehouse shelf was sliced into 4 or if we have a small cabinet but for storage. ( would be SUPER nice to have that be able to stack on top of the small cabinet )

You mentioned that you wanted to see how many items a shelf will hold as well as what it does. If you go to the My DIY app, before you go and purchase the product, the game throws a pop-up at you. In this pop-up is a description of what you are going to buy, as well as the number of items it can hold (if it's a product that stores items).

Edit: It is just a skill issue of lacking reading comprehension, but it's all good. Happens to the best of us to miss important details such as this.

You also mentioned that besides the small cabinet, most of the shelves have the worst number of storage per size. While I don't know if this is true or not, which in fact could be, the benefit of these shelves are hidden in the game code. Some of these shelves allow for more items being stored per compartment compared to other shelves, which gives a hidden buff to the total profits you make each day.

Also, the Auto Scent M100 is the worst auto scent machines of the two because:

1. It has less sprays.
   
2. It requires 2 of these machines to destinkify a customer.
   The upgraded versions only require 1 at the cost of it taking more space.

Moreover, this game is in Early Access, and one of the goals mentioned in the road map is decorations. So, if you want to be able to store each figurine in one compartment of a shelf, then suggest that in the pinned discussion for TCG Card Shop Simulator. Right now, the personal shelves are there to not just prevent customers from touching the items, but prevents your employees from messing with them too.
