Edit: Yes, "and." A mod that allows for multiple sets of card textures already exists, along with one that gives at least three more "expansions" to fool around with.

Really don't like Nexus Mods, especially because your download speed gets capped
otherwise it gets capped to... i think it was 2 megabytes a second? absolutely workable and not problematic at all, but also far from "download in less than 5 seconds" on quite a few mods hosted on their website
It's clear Steam Workshop would be more convenient but also, the dev doesn't endorse mods, it's bound to get you in trouble since people mod stuff like pokemon into this and we all know Nintendo, it's better to wash your hands off clean from this.
Either way Vortex installer from Nexus mods makes it just as simple, even if you have to have a separate app for modding.
