Suggestion: Market/Auction for Extremely rare cards

Just like you can buy a very rare card off of ebay or amazon or at an auction if it is really good,i think we the players should be able to use our profits to buy cards to finish our collections as opposed to being unable to get full art holographics or ghost cards. Instead of buying 10k packs to get a ghost card or foil ghost card, why can't i spend the 30k dollars on the card specifically, I mean it is a game, and since drop chances dont raise with level or shop expansion, then it could just be us paying to skip the grind. There are more people than just those visiting our shop(s) someone must have pulled one they are will to sell?

I dont even care if it is a rotation that only shows a few cards a day, it has to be better than a 1/10000 chance especially for full art holo cards which should have a higher drop than ghost, but I personally believe i have more ghost cards than full art cards (in terms of each one being different)
