As for the others, a lot of the points in that roadmap may sound like things that are "in" but some of them (like reviews) are only partially implemented. Reviews at this point do nothing but determining how many customers show up to play cards.
And I would guess that "organizing tournaments" would involve more options than there currently are, or maybe customized tournaments with different/no random increases/decreases to certain cards' values.
Now if you mean the "organize a tournament" task in the tutorial you do that by using your phone, going to "tournaments" and starting one. There is no physical "tournament" happening in-game, not in the sense most people would expect it. It's just a tiered buff to the chances certain types of card increase/decrease their prices.
