Pokemon Mod issue?

Okay, I'm new to this so don't judge. I got the Pokemon mod for the real cards and did as instructed, game seems to load up and from beginning seems to be okay, right? When it says to open the first patch of cards the "Mammotree 1st Edition" (shiny?) is the very first card that appears but seems to stall the game, kinda, people can move around me but I, the main character is stuck and can't move or open anything up. Is this a known issue with the Mod? Is there a way around it that one of you know of sort of thing? Would be nice to know if there is a fixable solution to this. I would love to play fully with not having issues such as this.

The age of the video I watched is 2 days old and what was showed/said, the mod is upto date. As well as following it step by step so those two things have been checked.

Ok then delete the whole folders from tcg and download the game again.
Then try again to install the mod.
Its importend to delete the folders.
Sorry for my bad english.
