FAQ

If you experience a technical issue with running Katawa Shoujo (incorrect scaling, flickering, etc.), please try the modern branch. Go to Game Properties -> Betas -> Beta Participation and select "modern - Ren'Py 8 branch".

Save data is incompatible and therefore not shared between the main branch and the modern branch. Cloud saving is still available.

Запись японских слов по Поливанову - единственный правильный вариант в русском языке. Но многим привычнее транслитерация с английского языка - то есть, по Хэрбёрну

As one of the main translators for the Brazilian Portuguese translation, it brings me a tear to the eye seeing that this game will be able to be read among steam users, today is really a good day for me.

I never ever conceived the idea of KS coming to steam and now be endossed here.

Many of them have deleted their accounts / don't have access to them / don't have accounts at all.

For example, several dozen people participated in the russian translation, which of them would it be right to ask and would they agree?

The russian translation was planned to be added to the translation in the game and it was in the first act. The translation team dropped the translation and it was continued by another team, but 4LS did not agree to add the translation because they did not ask the developers for their consent to the translation (in the past the developers were very disloyal to everything).
