Russian Machine?

Stuck trying to get a staircase down with a russian machine that obviously needs a code
checked the back of the machine but the writing their cant be replicated and I have no idea where else I can go within this alien world

You'll find a code for it later on in that world, so you can just ignore it for now. If you haven't disabled the red laser yet, you should work on doing that. If you have, then you just need to explore some more and don't be afraid to back track, and don't forget what turning off the red laser allows you to do.

thanks, this little bugger is annoying since I got the rest of the machinery started up. Cant find many other paths though

how to teleport the cart with you?
I thought I should drive it in the tunnel in the back of the town, then teleport it together. but I can't get off the cart in the tunnel.

I thought I should drive it in the tunnel in the back of the town, then teleport it together. but I can't get off the cart in the tunnel.

yeah I'm kind of stuck in this area as well. I got the rid of the red laser. Got the machine powered up and running. Now I'm just not sure where to go/what to do.

Saw a comment earlier about remembering what destroying the red laser allows you to do. Not sure what that means. edit: unless you're talking about teleporting, but in the world with the russion machine there doesn't seem to be anywhere to teleport.

You have to go back to the beginning of the level where you can rotate a bent bridge. Rotate it so you can access the edge of the bubble.

If you go around that machine you'll find a text on its back that says in Russian something like "performing pointless actions", implying that this machine is a useless garbage. Although, a code that you'll find later is indeed for this machine. And this code will give you a sort of relief after/for wasting your time on this Russian box. Oh, and an achievement ;)
