Teleporting mine cart, possibly game breaking!

I love this game so far, however I just encountered a really nasty bug, all I did was enter the mine cart at a certain location and it decided to teleport to a location where it is completely unusable. Thanks to the game automatically saving all the progress made I cannot undo this except starting the game afresh, I will look into that copy save so if this happens again hopefully my whole play session won't be wasted again!

Which version of the game are you playing? 1.5.2 on PC, or 1.4.2 on Mac?
Or are you playing on PS4?

1.5.2 on the pc! I have photos of the glitch but it's a pain trying to put them in the discussion post

Email them to [e-mail] with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Meanwhile, frequently go to Main Menu > Load Game > and copy your save file (up to 10 files) often as you play to prevent getting stuck without a recent save.

Thanks for your replies! Yeah I'll let them know at some point, and yes I will be copying my saves often this time around, personally I prefer manual saving over the save system Obduction currently has but I'll live. I wonder if anyone else has had this glitch?

Are you totally sure it's a bug? There is part of the game that requires you to do that (while the minecart ca barely move (like 2m of rail)) you can still use it, as well as the seed to return where you came from.
