Despicable Me minions have almost no maliciousness in their nature and are more served to do house work than evil deeds, however they are also built to be punching bags thus making them nearly invincible to all attacks
I think it would be a long, long battle but eventually the Overlord minions would win since they would at least be attacking while the Despicable Me minions would just sit there and laugh as one by one they fell in battle over a period of probably days
But remember this.
Despicable Me minions have tech. Like death rays.
Overlord minions hava magic. And can Revive the dead. Ether by Blues or by the Grey Grim Reaper minion.
Eventually I think the Overlord minions would win because they are replacaters after all. XD And they can teleport and hide far better then the Despicable Me minions.
Also remember that since overlord 2, overlord minions also can have rather devious mounts making them much more mobile and deadly.
Salamanders, Wolves and Spiders open up more options that can close that tech gap.
Then eventually the looting would make the balance shift more. As Despical minions fall and drop tech, it would be reused by other side, even if just melted down to armor pieces.
