What controllers work with this game?

I have a Logictech controller and this game doesn't respond to it at all, what other options for controller play do I have? The Keyboard set up is either poorly explained or badly made as I use the up arrow key only to have my character walk to the top of the screen rather than activate the minion gaze.

You can only use xbox controllers. It doesn't idenitfy the other ones.

Logitech F310 is working fine for me.

Have you tried changing the input (buttons on back of controller) of your Logitech?

I have an old logitech controller. It doesn't have any buttons on the back, if I need to change stuff it has to be done by an .exe file.

Ah okay, unfortunately I can't help there then since all I can say is it works on the F310 with xinput.

Using an aditional program for that though.

It works, in so much as it boots up. I myself got stuck in the tutorial stage trying to deploy minions using the keyboard commands, the screens clearly shows the commands of Up arrow key+x (whatever number I want) to move minions to that spot or at least prod them to do something, and all that manages to do is make my character walk upwards as if I had pressed the W key. I wasn't allowed to adjust the keyboard settings so I figured I would try it with my controller only to find I would need to buy another controller to play this game, so for now I've decided to shelve this game. When/if I get the money to buy a steam controller I might try overloard again.

Maybe it's much too late, but: It's not the Up arrow + x you'll have to use but the shift key + x. Too bad that changing keyboard mappings is not supported.
