Can't start UGG

I've tried the suggestions on the UGG forum. I've updated drivers, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game following directions. I've tried it with firewall and real time scanning off, I've rebooted and tried.

Same thing, blinks to black screen than back to Steam menu. Also tried the Alternative render, that blinks once, shows a game icon in the task bar, blinks again and goes back to Steam menu.

If there's no explanation for this how do I get a refund?

I've tried everything in that post. When I try to run Crash Report in Steam nothing happens

Sent the logs, tried everything asked. Still waiting for a reply.

How do I get a refund for this game. It's been a week and they can't determine why the game won't start? I don't think I want to waste my time with this product.
