No customization at all

The characters look pretty godawful, and I am not even trying to be negative. They look like Concord characters except if they were more "cyberpunk-ish". Why can't we customize our own characters? Why do you not give the player some freedom? This will kill your game. The gun-play looks interesting, but no one wants to play as ugly characters.
