Combiners and old spells

I heard around these forums that you can create spells you already know without using combiners? Is this true, and if it is how do i do it?

Simply combine the runes for spell you already discovered earlier. You don't need a combiner for that ;)

1. Get runes.
2. Put them in combination slots.
3. If spell name appears, press combine.
4. If ??? appears, combiner required.

To make your life even easier, go to your runedex. You can click to show just spells you have the runes to craft. Click on a spell that you have both the knowledge of and runes for, and it will automatically put the necessary runes in the crafting area for you to create the spell.
