Stuck in Maintenance Room

Was playing with some friends last night. Two of us got killed in the Vault. The other was in a duct that dropped into the maintenance room. Once in the maintenance room he was stuck because power had been cut and he wasn't able to climb back up without help. Is there anyway out of this or would we have to always return to lobby in this instance?

Currently, there is no way to exit the maintenance room if you've been locked inside. However, I will share this with the devs so it can be fixed! Sorry that it blocked you but thanks for letting us know!
