I'm sorry to hear that. The game is still underdevelopment for its full release in Early Access in September, there is room for improvements and we are reading all feedbacks from the community.
We already managed to do a first pass of optimization targeting computers, considered as average gaming computers, up to 8 years ago. We don't have all graphics cards in the studio, but we can manage to try to build a computer with your specs if you give us some information about it.
Do you have information of your specs ? Like CPU, GPU & RAM ? It'd help us a lot to check against this specs and try to make it run.
Our goal is to make it playable for a lot of people, so don't hesitate to come back to us with more detailed information!

If you're on an older operating system, such as Windows 7, that might be the issue, sadly.

The store page mentions Windows 10 as the minimum OS requirement.

Hey,
APU is not too good because it's sharing memory between graphcis and cpu but...
Some tips for you to try to make it work:

• install the latest graphics driver of you graphics card
  
• check you've the latest directX install (normally already checked by Steam at the install of the game)
  
• add '-dx11' to the launch options of the game (see images below)

Check the minimum requirements for the game to tell us if you are above or below especially for the video/graphics card! (APU are not good because they share the memory with the OS)

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 64Bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-4590 / AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 970 / AMD Radeon R9 390
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 5 GB available space
