Is there a complete list of Mini-Games that is included in this game?

In their website I only saw:
Karaoke, Dragon Kart, Crazy Delivery, Batting, Arcades, Sicko Snap, vocational school

I was really hoping that there would be bowling, darts, billiards/pool, Golf, Disco, Dating/Cabaret, Casino, real estate, sujimon, Catfight Club, Pocket Racing (maybe change to boats) and of course Fishing!

Some of those are quite substantial, so I’m guessing they’re not included? I really hope they don’t remove mini-games every other iteration but instead just keep them and add more with each new release.

They are always removing and putting back minigames, every now and then, but I gonna shut down a couple sorry, Golf is tied to Sotenbori, Real Estate is tied to Yakuza 0 I think the reason is that needed two jobs on game, Dragon Kart is the "better" of the racing game IMO we may never get the two at the same time, Sujimo seems to be tied to Ichiban games,

if is anything to go by, there is pool and darts on the man that erased his name, take this like a news tip, if you go youtube and research like a dragon gaiden the man the erased his name minigames and infinite wealth minigames you may get the fully list, we definally will get a mix of the minigames on thoses two games

Fishing is SORT of in the demo, but just swim around pressing X near fish.

Fishing is kind of in the game, but you catch them by just either attaching a net to your boat and going a specific distance based on the type of net you have equipped, swimming around and diving and catching fish, or using your grappling hook to grab fish from the docks/shores. There is not fishing pole fishing unfortunately. I also wished they had added an actual fishing mini game, but you can't have it all, and there are a ton of other cool mini games to play that make up for it.

There is another fun new mini game added to the series that is a unique take on the batting center where you have to hit cannonballs at explosive barrels and unlock giant chests by blowing up the locks on them. It is a ton of fun and pretty whacky and cool.

Darts, Pool, Mini-golf, Mahjong, Shogi, Claw Machines, Blackjack, Hold 'Em Poker, various emulated arcade and Sega Master System games, Cooking (it's a cooking mama-inspired mini game,) and I think one or two others.

I have not been to far into the game, but is there actual fishing? Because I see fish shadows in the waters in some area but dont have an option to dive into the water. Maybe later on you get a fishing rod or something in a quest?

You can just go into deep water to catch fish like the intro waters but
There is fishing/bug catching but its tied to an ability you get somewhere in chapter 2
