No Autosave in final chapter?

Its so annoying, I crashed randomly during cutscenes throughout the game and tough it out and redo the previous fights and stuff. But in final chapter once you start the last mission, its just one hard fight after another and then I crash and have to do it all over again.
Even if I wasn't crashing because I know people will say get a better PC, that would mean someone who starts this part has to either keep the game running the entire time because theres no point where you can at least manually save or have to do everything all over again.
Should be able to save during this part.

I skipped the cutscenes I already saw before I crashed. After beating Queen's fleet 3 times and the rest after that, I was able to finally save.
