When in the story is everything unlocked? So i can pause with the main story and do everything the game has to offer. Love this game btw, best Yakuza game for me.

That's not really a valid question. Instead, take full advantage of the free roam sections of the game when they open up for you. Like the rest of the LaD games, side quests can be chapter specific. If you don't take advantage of them while they are available they may be closed later in the game. There is a point of no return in the game after which there is no more free roam, so do everything you want in the game early and often.

No problem. You get the point though. Not everything unlocks all at once. Do what you can when you can.
