Heat Gauge Bugged

Is anyone experiencing this issue because during any fight when I start blow my punch on enemies and the gauge won't charge up no matter how I tried. But the gauge that charged for summon dark instrument is fine.

There's a ring that says it drains the heat gauge. I haven't use it myself so I don't know what it looks like. But maybe you equipped this without noticing that text in the description?

I do noticed it might be related to the ring that I claimed on the island but can't figure which ring is the problem, I have read those description on it.

I just checked all over the rings and it found that brilliant ring can slowly drain the heat gauge when equipped. I may still keep wearing that the boost stat is good.
