game wont launch??

i hit “Play” on Steam, but the game just doesn’t launch—nothing. The instance shows up in task manager tho, but that’s it. Tried verifying files, restarting pc, running as admin, and even updating drivers, but still no luck.

anyone know what’s causing this? would appreciate any help!

Looks similar to something happened to satisfactory (another game) at launch.... May be antivirus?
