The FPS are good maxed out on everything, but there is this BAD stutter / jitter going on for me. Latest nvidia drivers put out today.

Anyone else?

Yes I can't figure it out either. 4090 and 13900K on my end. Sometimes everything is perfectly smooth at 120fps, then random it jitters for no reason, spinning the camera causes things to break down.
Hey, so I too had this and managed to find a temporary "fix" that seems to be helping so far

You don't need to use the DX11 option (nor do I think it actually works in this anyway) but the refresh_rate_denom command is important. Change that to whatever your refresh rate is and save change the file to read only (though I'd suggest changing the video options you want first in game before doing this).

For me this got me a locked 60, or at least more stable vs the drops between 50-60. I don't know why but this game is weird and changing video settings don't seem to do anything, I had the lowest of low settings and the highest of high and still the same performance.

I'm on a 4090 myself, yes I know 4k 60 is incredibly weak for what the system can handle but I don't have a higher refresh monitor so it's what I have to deal with :P

Hope this fix helps!

Appreciate this.

I gave it a shot, but it didn't make a difference for me. Strange thing is Infinite Wealth gave me no issues. Maybe its a denuvo stutter thing, not sure.
Two things fixed it for me:

disable dlss
disable frame gen
disable ready boost and the other similar setting

cap fps to 60 within game

I had it capped at 120 before. seems like the message about uncapped framerate potentially being unstable also applies to 120fps mode.

Oh well, 60 is smooth enough
I also did a few other things since then, your mileage may vary:

Disabled Vsync in game
Set framerate cap to 60 (or what you want)
Do Vsync as On in the Nvidia Control Panel (as well as a FPS cap to match in-game).

Nvidia reflex OFF (as well as boost)
DLSS on (with Quality)

Doing this has managed to smooth everything for me, at least for now.

On WIndows 11 check System>Display>Graphic Settings and turn on/off the Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and try the game again at your current settings. Hope this helps.
