PATCH 1.13 RELEASE
Thank you for playing Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii.

The following fixes have been made in Patch 1.13, which was released today:

- Fixed a bug that prevented the game from progressing when opening the “Inventory” menu after redeeming the “Golden Ball” from the “Sicko Snap” menu.

(In cases where Shen has already sent you a message about the transaction, the scenario will progress even if you do not have all of the Golden Balls in your inventory.

-Fixed a bug that prevented the sub-story “The One” movie from being displayed correctly in some cases.

-Fixed an issue in 1.12 where the frame rate dropped and loading times had increased compared to previous versions.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your ongoing support for the Like a Dragon & Yakuza series.

Thank you so much.
Haven't had any of the issues mentioned, but, nice it's being addressed for those suffering.

Though, It would be awesome if you guys could comment on the lighting issues (Overblown). If they are intended artistically or if it's a bug.

Please do something about the lightning, its unbearable in this game and i played all the RGG games on steam.
Shadows / Brightness are still messed up. How was the game released in this state? I played Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth side by side to make sure I wasn't going crazy, as both games take place on the same map. Game has been out almost a month already. Why do I have a bad feeling this isn't going to get addressed? I literally cannot play the game as a result.

I was thinking that It could be deliberated. Because this game is one huge flashback/recount.
Since the scenes where it's present day, the issues isn't there.

When I play the final chapter, the game always crashes and I had to replay. I have played over 20 times however it crashes EVERYTIME. I have checked all the statuses and found no errors, updated all patches, and tried all the methods. plz do something
*RAM capacity (8.00 GB)
*GPU Model (Intel(R) Iris(R) Plus Graphics)
*Driver version (31.0.101.2125)
*OS version (Win11 family)
*Screen mode (full screen)
*Resolution (2256x1504)
*HDR (on)
*Up scaler (none)
*Frame Generation (none)
*Frame Rate limitation (no limitation)
*NVIDIA app no
*Other applications used in conjunction (none)
The game just stopped launching. Can't tell if it's the Nvidia App update that they forced my PC to download while I was at work, or if this update broke it.

Edit: I fixed it, Nvidia app turned on the "Smooth Motion" BS and it just couldn't launch the game with it on.

The final chapter keep crashing...

Frame Gen is clearly bugged on AMD platforms making the colours go brighter and washed out when enabled. Have the issue on a 7900XTX and a Ryzen AI Max 395+ gpu.

Wow, just ignore that massive issue with the lighting and gamma. I've never had this issue before with their other games, it bums me out this is completely just being ignored.

How do you submit a bug?

This is a huge issue for me, the game is uplayable, going to start asking people to post on Social Media about this, the game is unplayable in it's current state. I would get a refund if I could at this point, and I'm actually surprised this issue is just being completely ignored.

Also waiting for brightness fix, hard to enjoy game in current state.

+1

I'm more than bummed at this point. The only 6-7 hours I've played on stream I'VE LITERALLY PUT SUNGLASSES because my eyes hurt like hell. Tried the HDR fix, it makes the game bearable to look at but still looks weird. I don't use HDR much and it is unplayable. I'VE WAITED MONTHS for this game to not being able to play it in the end and THEY DON'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE IT. This cannot be an artistic choice, whomever thinks the brightness and colors look normal seriously has some issues with their sight. People were complaining about IW being bright but I've literally made side by side comparison and this game feels like looking at the sun directly while IW looks like looking at a bright bulb.
